A battle between the Maximals and Predacons at the Standing Stones sends a beacon to outer space. The beacon calls an alien craft, which seemingly destroys Optimus Primal. EPS01
A band of benevolent Maximals track a pack of power-seeking Predacons to a mysterious planet. When they both crash-land, they establish themselves upon the planet and clash, commencing the Beast Wars.
EPS02
A large mountain containing the precious mineral Energon is discovered. This leads to a race between the Maximals and Predacons that culminates in a brawl between beasts.
EPS03
When Cheetor messes up an important mission, he decides to fix it on his own. But when he is lured into Tarantulas's net of deceit and torture, Rattrap is the only one who can save him.
EPS04
Cheetor disobey's a direct order from Optimus by leaving the Maximals base to place survey posts on the planet. A lightning rod strikes one of the posts, creating a direct teleportation route between the Predicons' and Maximals' bases.

Terrorsaur discovers a flying mountain laced with a new strain of energon. When charged with it, Terrorsaur becomes powerful enough to topple Megatron and become Predacon leader. Optimus Primal and Rattrap investigate the flying mountain as well, and must survive against the super-powered Terrorsaur. Written by Anonymous
EPS07
One of the stasis pods the Maximals launched before crashing on Earth lands in the arctic. As the only flyer in the Maximals, Optimus Primal elects to go alone and retrieve the pod. The Predacons expect this and set a trap, damaging Optimus. Now the Maximals must travel on land, with little chance of reaching the stasis pod and retrieving their fallen comrade before the Predacons do. Written by Anonymous

After being led into a trap and losing a stasis pod to the Predacons, Dinobot accuses Rattrap of working with the Predacons as the Maximal that led them there. To everyone's shock, Optimus agrees with this suspicion and sends Rattrap on a mission near Predacon base to test his loyalty. When Rattrap is beaten by Terrorsaur in battle, he surprises all by not only begging for mercy but swearing allegiance to the Predacons. Is Rattrap really a traitor? Written by Anonymous

The Maximals are elated to find that a Cybertron probe looking for their stranded ship has arrived. However, the Predacons don't wish for them to be found. Tarantulas introduces a locking lens, which can trap the Maximals in beast mode. This makes the Maximals unable to finish their beacon to contact the probe. Are the Maximals stranded for good? Scorponok plants a personality-modifying virus on Optimus Primal which will render him a cowardly, submissive weakling. But the virus malfunctions, and Primal gets very, very angry.
EPS11
Sentinel, the Maximal ship's new security program, is damaged before the friend or foe feature can be installed. The ship's defenses turn on the Maximals, who flee except for Rattrap. Determined to fix what he broke, Rattrap sets out to fight the ship and shut down Sentinel. Written by Anonymous

The Maximals install a new spy camera in Predacon base just in time to watch the Predacons seemingly destroy each other when they blow up an energon sample. The Maximals investigate Predacon base to find no apparent survivors. They salvage what they need to repair their ship and return home, though Dinobot does not share their enthusiasm for the return to Cybertron. Dinobot elects to remain on Earth, only to discover the Predacons alive and well. Written by Anonymous

Megatron becomes impressed with the Maximal Rhinox, capturing and reprogramming him into a Predacon. Unfortunately, an evil Rhinox ends up doing more harm than good within the Predacon ranks.
EPS14
Megatron introduces an evil clone of Dinobot, different than the original in that it can only stay in beast mode. With the real Dinobot incapacitated, the clone begins to run amok among the Maximals. When it comes down to Dinobot against Dinobot, which one will win? Written by Anonymous

A new stasis pod has landed, but the crash has damaged it. Without protection from energon, the spark of the Maximal inside the pod will extinguish. With an army of Predacons on all sides of them, will the Maximals Rhinox and Cheetor be able to save the Maximal's spark? Written by Anonymous
EPS16
Tigatron is presumed dead in a Predacon attack, vanishing into a cloud. The Predacons pursue, discovering a mysterious flying island within. The island features an obelisk, which is a powerful heat weapon. The Predacons set out to gain control of the island's weapon. Written by Anonymous

As Predacons Blackarachnia and Scorponok get closer to obtaining the energy weapon on the flying island, Tigatron and a damaged Airazor must maneuver the island's many traps until reinforcements arrive. When the island and its weapon falls into Blackarachnia's hands, will Tigatron be willing to sacrifice the island to protect the Maximals? Written by Anonymous
EPS18
Tarantulas and Blackarachnia team up to obtain the newest stasis pod. The pod births Inferno, a deranged Predacon who believes himself to be an ant rather than a robot. While Blackarachnia works with Inferno, Tarantulas takes the true prize he wanted: the stasis pod. Maximal Tigatron manages to destroy the pod Tarantulas has taken, but finds himself trapped in Predacon grounds against the spiders and Inferno. Written by Anonymous

A Predacon raid takes the rectifier coil for the Maximal ship, the device which shields it from energon. Without energon shielding, the Maximals are forced to remain in beast mode. After days in beast mode, the Maximals slowly begin to give in to their animal personas and make themselves easy targets for a Predacon assault. Written by Anonymous

Four of the Maximals are caught in an energon explosion, damaging their optical sensors. Effectively blind, the Maximals must use their beast senses to help them find their way back to base. If they don't get back fast, they'll die from energon contamination. Written by Anonymous

Waspinator is taken over by the spark of Starscream. The Predacons use his new power and tactical knowledge to take over the Maximal base.
EPS22
Rhinox is contaminated with an energon depleting virus. Dinobot and Rattrap are forced to put aside their differences to find the counter-virus.

When a battle takes the life of a close friend, Tigatron considers abandoning the Beast Wars.
EPS24
The discovery of a new golden disc causes Megatron to declare a truce. The Maximals set out to peacefully discover just what their enemy has found.
EPS25
The mysterious aliens whose artifacts the Maximals and Predacons have been stumbling across arrive. Disappointed by the harm done to their experiments, they set out to destroy the planet.
EPS26
The aliens transform the second moon into a massively powerful weapon. To save the planet, Optimus uses the stasis pod that Tarantulas planned to escape in to fly to the weapon and generate a transwarp portal to destroy it.
