To avoid cleaver fever, the competitors have to work with bacon popcorn, which is in the first basket; the basket in the entrée round contains lamb; the basket in the final round contains a mashed treat and a floral syrup.

An odd mix of ingredients in the first basket, including mache and pickled sausage, has the chefs working hard to complete unique appetizers. Then in the entree round, the chefs must make squid dishes that impress the judges.
