The Biermanns welcome two new additions to their fast-growing family with the birth of twins, Kaia and Kane. Kim and football player husband, Kroy, need a game plan for managing the chaos in their new dream home. With two teenagers and four in diapers, it's also time for a birth control plan.

While Kim juggles caring for Kroy and six children, she also has to manage her nutty assistant, Sweetie and eccentric nanny, Lana.
