The natives feel Silas has betrayed them and Chacra confronts Alice with the fact. Some time later her baby goes missing and Yeardley leads a group of armed men to the Pamunkey village to reclaim him. However Temperance discovers what really happened and the child is found in Jamestown. Jocelyn names Farlow as the spy, as he has conveniently gone to Bermuda, but Yeardley still suspects Christopher, to whom Meredith reveals a secret regarding Samuel's death.
