In this pilot for a proposed new TV series, Bill Parker is a kind-hearted, but meddlesome, middle-aged man who runs the rural Pine Lake Lodge in the mountains of northern California with his niece, Ann, who just can't seem to stay out of other people's business. Bill volunteers to build furniture for a new summer camp next door, but does not have the money or equipment.
