After going through another operation, Jaime Sommer's memories are slowly resurfacing. Now she is ready to move back to Ojai and live near her foster parents, Jim and Helen Elgin. Beloved school bus driver and local mechanic Harry Anderson gets in trouble when he is recognized by a couple of thugs. It turns out he's been hiding out in Ojai for 15 years ever since witnessing a club owner being murdered.

An unauthorized missile has been launched from the ranch estate of tycoon J.T. Connors. Since J.T. used to sponsor Jaime Sommers during the early days of her tennis career, Oscar Goldman sends Jaime to investigate while Steve Austin monitors for more more missiles at M.E.W.S. Control. Jaime is contacted by a mysterious woman claiming to be her mother. Oscar Goldman admits to the fact that Ann Sommers used to be a spy and even had a double by the name of Chris Stuart. Her goal is to secure a cassette tape with top secret information when the race passes through Taftan, South West Asia. Jaime is undercover as stewardess Miss Winters to keep an eye on Rudy Wells who is transporting a top secret Cobalt 247 formula. Jaime acts as a courier, delivering Dr. Hatcher's new Cryptograph analyzer. The next day, it turns out the device has fallen into the wrong hands and Jaime is accused of selling it to a foreign power.

While Jaime Sommers is on vacation in Nassau, a surgeon named James Courtney transforms Lisa Galloway into Sommers' double using plastic surgery. Galloway infiltrates the OSI building to photograph top-secret documents and if needed, assassinate Oscar Goldman.
