Karen and Jack hatch a plot which gets Will and Grace into the same place at the same time, in the hope that they will get back together.

Grace sees an ad for pumpkin picking day trips to the Catskills in the paper and remembers how she and Will have every year talked about renting bikes and doing it, but have not actually done it. Leo mentions that he has a friend who likes biking and suggests that the time is now. Will and Grace do not realize that Leo hasn't yet picked up that they are all talk and no action. Barry returns from fat camp and goes through a makeover. Then Grace claims that she sees all the signs in Will - he likes Barry! Will denies it, but could Grace be right?

Barry goes on a date with Jack. Will is jealous and intrudes on their date. At Karen's hotel, her maid quits, and Karen puts on her apron just to show that she can manage without her. Then Karen just happens to bump into a handsome maintenance man who mistakes her for a maid. Smitten, Karen switches roles with her maid in order to get to know the man. Will, Karen and Will's boss Mr. Stein (Gene Wilder) form an anti-romance club thanks to Will and his recent break-up with Barry. The three hold two meetings claiming that love stinks until Karen and Mr. Stein form a budding relationship. The two carry on having sex and dating behind Will's back not wanting to hurt him. Will breaks up the club after he finds out claiming that If you're going to form a club for people who are alone and bitter, you have to at least stay bitter.Meanwhile, Grace decides to make a sexy video for Leo who is away in Africa. Jack wakes up to the sound of her singing and tells her that that's not sexy at all. He invites her to his acting class where the students are supposed to be very open to each other. Grace attends one class, but finds that it isn't helping one bit. Jack films her taking a shower without her knowing it. When Karen and Stan's divorce is about to go to court, Karen's hoping that Will would be representing her, but Will tells her that because Stan is the firm's client, he will be representing him instead. So Karen goes out and hires a kid to be her lawyer, and he's still a little wet behind the ears. Jack's latest beau Cam wants to hire Grace to do a job for him.
