Alicia hits a brick wall in a lawsuit against the State Attorney's office in the case of a man who died after being wrongly accused of being a sniper. The man died of a heart attack and his son wants to clear his name. Glenn Childs flatly refuses to settle when he learns that Alicia is involved in the case, arguing that the firm's motivation is political. Even when the police finally arrest another suspect, Childs proclaims that he is just a copy cat killer. It becomes obvious that to win the suit, they are going to have to prove the man is guilty.
