When the weather is going wild, the team tries to find out what's going on. That's when Flynn returns and tells them what's going on is the dragons are at war. That's when someone who represents one faction comes and tells them that one of their treasures has been stolen. And when they learn where it is, they need to steal it back and they would need Jones but because he was the one who first spoke to the representative, he needs to stay and entertain him and listen to his grievances and wait for the other representatives to arrive and mediate.
