A pregnant Jess, angry at Rudy's lack of commitment, hooks up with the handsome but controlling Luke, who uses his power to whisk her forward one year and present her with a baby he claims is theirs. Returning to the Community Centre she finds Finn is now a trainee supervisor and that Rudy 2 has martialled his trio of super-heroes - Helen, Karen and Sam - into crime-fighting. Unfortunately they take their brief too far and start executing petty criminals and minor offenders, leading to a showdown between them and the misfits. There are casualties on both sides but Jess then does something very clever to ensure an exciting future for herself and her friends. Written by don @ minifie-1
