As Julia's health worsens (with nobody suspecting that Eden has poisoned her with slow-acting arsenic), Christian falls back into his old habits when he seduces the hot new receptionist. Sean is then forced to hire Gina as the new receptionist at McNamara/Troy in order to get back at Christian for his romance with Julia. Meanwhile, Dawn Budge returns to McNamara/Troy after another unfortunate incident which requires another round of cosmetic surgery in which both Christian and Sean are caught up in it. Also, Matt persuades Rachel to have reconstruction surgery to repair her own badly scarred face in which a twist reveals a piece of tooth lodged in her skull caused by the Arab suicide bomber.
