After the latest weigh-in, Melissa leaves the campus as the person who fell below the red line. Cheryl and Darrell, the two contestants who fell below the yellow line, complete their one-on-one challenge to see who goes home and who stays. Following, the remaining contestants, who were only last week told they were playing now as individuals, now learn that they will now be placed on teams, however not their original couple partnership, but a blue team trained by Bob, and a black team trained by Jillian. The winner of a temptation challenge has the power to select those teams, as well as select one undesignated person (which may be him/herself) to receive immunity for the week.
