SunShine is still adjusting to the fact of O'Neal no longer being on campus, he who was voted off after the latest weigh-in. That leaves Sam and Koli as the only remaining couple among the six contestants still on campus. Those six have made it to makeover week. Each is given $1,000 to shop for clothing. They get to share their new made-over self with some special people. With their special people, the six are treated to a private concert to cap off their makeover. They get back to the reality of campus when they compete in a reward challenge. They must climb a Jacobs Ladder suspended over a swimming pool. The first person into the pool will have a one pound penalty at the weigh-in, the last person remaining with a one pound advantage at the weigh-in. The second place finisher questions his/her motivations for giving up the challenge. The results of the challenge affect how Bob and Jillian conduct the last chance workout. Written by Huggo

After Vicky is voted off campus following the latest weigh-in, the remaining contestants learn that they will be traveling to Dallas, Texas, one of the unhealthiest cities in the United States, to help the legions of unfit there start on the path to good health. They act as motivators for those participating in a five kilometer walk/run starting and ending at the Cotton Bowl. The contestants participate in a reward challenge apropos to being in Texas, the winner to receive immunity for the week. This challenge brings out the alliances that are forming between the remaining seven. Jillian helps out a former contestant in inspiring a group of teenagers. Andrea was voted off campus at the last weigh-in. The power of the vote this week may fall to one person. In a temptation challenge, the contestants are forced to eat all their meals alone for one day in a room filled with both healthy foods, and unhealthy foods. The person who eats the most calories will have the only vote at this week's weigh-in, except if that person falls below the yellow line. In that case, the vote will occur as usual. Many contestants resist temptation, some fall to temptation without a thought of playing the game, while two in combination decide to play the game. The temptation challenge ends up being a motivator at the workouts for many. The reward challenge has each contestant building a vertical structure out of blocks, strong and sturdy enough to climb up on to reach a flag. The first person to get their flag wins a one pound advantage at the weigh-in, the last place finisher receiving a one pound disadvantage. This challenge brings up a fear of heights ...
