Flash must defeat this former S.T.A.R Labs employee (builder of the particle accelerator) to keep him from exacting vengeance on Dr. Wells. As Dr. Wells calls for a press conference to tell the public about his secret (and ostensibly defuse the situation), Joe and Eddie start their investigation on Dr. Wells.
