Alluring vampire woman infest an urban jungle, posing as hookers to lure their prey and then tearing out their hearts and other body parts. Veteran police detective Groper and his rookie partner Slimski are assigned to investigate a bizarre series of murders, corpses found completely drained of blood. A hot lead brings the lawmen to an abandoned house where the vampire hookers and their vampire pimp dwell.

Stu and O.T. are two studs from the big city who arrive in Fort Lauderdale for spring break. They discover that the room they had reserved in an over crowded motel is already being occupied by Nelson and Adam, a pair of college nerds. With no other accomodations available, Nelson and Adam reluctantly agree to share the room with Stu and O.T., who promise to show them a good time. The wet-T-shirt contests and beer-guzzling-fun are threatened when Nelson's controlling step-dad shows up, along with a building inspector who wants to shut down the motel.

Baltimore Colts fanatic Eddie is scheduled to get married to Elyse on New Year's Eve, but may call off the wedding if Elyse doesn't pass his Colts quiz which he will hold two days before the scheduled wedding. Inexperienced Eddie turns to the only other married one among the bunch, electronics salesman and music aficionado Shrevie, for advice, he who may not be the best person from who to ask advice on marriage since he doesn't yet realize that he probably got married to his wife Beth for the wrong reasons. Indeed, Beth, who has lost her sense of identity, is unhappy in their marriage, and contemplates having an affair with someone who provides what she believes is a sympathetic shoulder.
