Sang-hyeon (Song Kang-ho) is the owner of a launderette and a volunteer at the nearby church, where his friend Dong-soo (Gang Dong-won) works. The two run an illegal business together: Sang-hyeon occasionally steals babies from the church's baby box with the help of Dong-soo, who deletes the church's CCTV footage that shows a baby was left there, and they sell them on the adoption black market. But when a young mother, So-young (Lee Ji-eun), comes back after having abandoned her baby, she discovers them and decides to go with them on a road-trip to interview the baby's potential infertile parents. Meanwhile, two detectives, Soo-jin (Bae Doona) and Detective Lee (Lee Joo-young), are on their trail.

An ace police crisis negotiator, Chae-yoon, is called to the scene where her supervisor is taken hostage. Through the control room monitor, she is faced with the cold-blooded hostage taker, Tae-gu, whose demeanors are difficult to interpret. Against the 21-hour deadline Tae-gu has set, Chae-yoon tirelessly tries to crack the unusually calm perp over multiple video-calls. Eventually, the shocking truth begins to unveil.

A detective goes undercover in a drug ring and allies with a member of the drug ring in order to take it down.

Sohyun, a runaway, is left alone after her close friend Jungho disappears. By accident, she gets to know a transgender woman named Jane. She joins Jane and her close-knit community of runaways, who are as comforting and loving as a real family. Sohyun feels happy and at peace. But her happiness does not last long. There is something wrong with Jane’s health.
