The movie revolves around Jayamohan, a business magnate, who leads a hectic life. Things start going topsy-turvy when he gets married to Anjali. Renowned Bollywood scriptwriter Suresh Nair of Kahaani fame debuts in Malayalam with the film.

A tailor falls in love with the girl next door, Sumathi. But her father, a log breaker, decides to marry her off to an NRI. Since it is inevitable to stop the marriage the tailor tried to commit suicide and and gets hospitalized. Surprisingly, the marriage comes to a halt.
