A former CIA agent's search for a lost colleague exposes a deadly conspiracy involving his own family and Soviet-era secrets in the mountains of East Germany.
The Orient Express, on it's night trip from Munich to Venice, is full because of the beginning of the carnival in Venice. Between the passengers are a journalist, an actress and her daughter, an elder dancer, five neo-nazi punks and a strange man that seems to have some kind of influence over them through their dreams.
Two young men, Martin and Rudi, both suffering from terminal cancer, get to know each other in a hospital room. They drown their desperation in Tequila and decide to take one last trip to the sea. Drunk and still in pajamas they steal the first fancy car they find, a 60's Mercedes convertible. The car happens to belong to a bunch of gangsters, which immediately start to chase it, since it contains more than the pistol Martin finds in the glove box.
