Moritaka Mashiro, a junior high student, forgets his notebook in class. His classmate Akito Takagi, notes Mashiro's drawings in it and asks him to become a manga artist to his stories. Mashiro declines. Takagi incites Mashiro to meet with Miho Azuki, Mashiro's crush, and tells her the two plan to become mangakas (manga artists). In response, Azuki reveals her plans to be a seiyuu (voice actress). Mashiro proposes to her that they should both marry when Azuki becomes a voice actress for the anime adaptation of their manga. The two then start creating their manga, under the pen name Muto Ashirogi, in hopes of getting serialized in Weekly Shounen Jump.
The official trailer for TOO YOUNG TO DIE!, a supernatural comedy about an unlucky high school student who dies in a bus crash during a school trip only to be press-ganged into a demonic rock band in Hell, is now available online. The trailer details the plight of Daisuke (played by Ryunosuke Kamiki), who wants to confess his crush to his would-be girlfriend Hiromi (Aoi Morikawa), only to die unexpectedly and find himself in Hell. There Daisuke encounters the flamboyant Killer K (Tomoya Nagase), the lead guitar and vocalist of the infernal rock band known as Hells, and together they embark on a hard-rocking tour of the Afterlife in an attempt to get Daisuke back to the Land of the Living and the girl he loves.
Saya Toma (Erika Toda) is a female detective with an IQ of 201. Takeru Sebumi (Ryo Kase) is a career detective with a distinguished background. The story is set in the early 21st century with the population decimated by bio terror. Two kinds of humans now exist. One is the Nokusu who were infected with a virus but survived and consequently they carry an antibody. Most are young, healthy and have high intelligence, but they have a high sensitivity to ultraviolet rays and are active mostly during the night. The other group are the Kyurio. They survived by never having the virus. The Nokusu discriminates against the Kyurio. Tetsuhiko Okudera is a Kyurio. He was born in a poor village. He isn't happy with being a Kyurio and wishes he could be a Nokusu. Yui Ikuta is Tetsuhiko’s childhood friend. She tries to revive the poor village.
