"Crazy Waiting" follows four different couples as they deal with the separation caused by the men serving their mandatory military duties.

Ji-yeon, a tollgate ticket girl, is frightened by a mysterious black car, which pays a bloodstained ticket fee at midnight. Her fear deepens after her colleague, Jong-sook, tells her that 12 years earlier a prisoner transport vehicle caused a traffic accident wherein all the prisoners involved died – and some of the corpses disappeared. Afterwards, a murder occurred near the tollgate on February 29th every four years. Soon, odd events become increasingly frequent, usually involving a doppelganger of Ji-yeon. When Jong-sook is killed on the fateful February 29th, Ji-yeon – with the help of two detectives – starts looking into matters herself.

Once taken her job because of her appearance, a confident and enthusiastic woman, Hyo-jung visits a mysterious yoga institute run by an ex-actress where her radically changed friend told her to go. At the intensive training course, a young yoga master, nani explains to Hyo-jung and four other girls that only one person who masters the course most successfully can get the secret of ultimate and immortal beauty. there are five rules for them to follow during the one week course: 1. do not eat, 2. do not take showers within an hour after the class, 3. do not look at the mirror, 4. do not go out of the building, 5. do not call anyone. As the training goes on, girls get tempted to break the rules caused by hidden craving of each girl’s and Hyo-jung starts to sense there is something about this institute and an actress who doesn’t get old...

Min-Ah finds a strange diary, capable of arousing hallucinations, kept by two of her senior fellow-students, Hyo-Shin and Shi-Eun, who seem to have an unusually close bond. But Hyo-Shin suddenly kills herself, for no obvious reason, and the entire school is shocked and depressed. Min-Ah, however, starts to feel different. After the accidental death of his partner Young-ho in a hostage situation, the former detective of the Seoul Special Operations Force Woo Young-min feels responsible for the tragedy and quit the police force joining the private security company SecuZone. When an employee dies after hours in the store, Woo leads an internal investigation, while detective Ha Hyun-Su that blames Woo for the death of his friend Young-ho, and his assistant Park, come to the store to lead an official investigation. When other employees that worked in the same department are mysteriously killed in the store, Woo meets Lee Ji-hyun, the twin sister of Lee Jeong-hyun, that convinces him that her sister has not died in the fire ...
