Michael agrees and he says that the best way is for them to let the criminal's right hand who's in custody escape and Michael pose as someone who is also in custody who escapes with the man who says he wants to meet his boss. Jesse poses as informer and would be-street drug gang baron, to trick him into stealing evidence, but finds him too honest a crime fighter, so the team saves him from Sherrod's real drug fiends. Mike sets a dangerous trap, involving himself getting captured, seemingly tortured by Schmidt. It's an electronic-nuclear control device for gang lord Thorne, who warns for execution just for a minor delay. It gets wrecked in the robbery, so Sam has to play an expert professor and stage a demonstration.
