In May 1988, Brenda DuPont is found murdered in her home in the heart of Cajun country, Opelousas, Louisiana. Her younger sister, Linda Nicholas, lived next door to Brenda. It was a brutal murder, involving rape and stabbing. Detectives worked tirelessly on the case, including Jude Victorian of the Opelousas Police Department, but could not find the assailant.
