They find Jeff Little's backpack with a street thief, soon after his bloodily butchered corpse dumped in a ravine near a poor country host's farm, Jeff's travel companions Sarah and Laura are feared abducted by white slavers. Two Americans are in Mumbai for a festival. One of them wakes up to find that his kidney was removed and his friend is missing. So the team goes to India to find him. They think the one who had his kidney taken may have been preyed by black market organ dealers. When he dies, Mae examines him and deduces that who took his organ might not be a medical professional. Second generation US army vet of Egyptian descent Malik Said who started a business there is killed in the desert by throwing acidic gas into his locked-up car, his US student visitor Hank Willis is kidnapped after being knocked down on Said's car. Egyptian deputy minister Arkem Sarkis gives the FBI team a lukewarm welcome, given the delicate diplomatic relations. The victims were gay and part of Omar's clandestine network. The cruel murder method fits more killings on Egyptians, but Safar Arabi, who was after the gays, is murdered himself. The team works psychologically works out a more personal alternative. When some Americans in Japan die and the Japanese police classify them as suicides but their families don't believe it. So the team is sent to find out for sure. The Japanese police don't appreciate their presence. They find a witness that contradicts the theory of it being a suicide and Mae also examines the body and also finds evidence to the contrary. When an American living in Paris is killed and her eyes taken, the team goes to investigate. And when they arrive another person is killed and the head is taken. The policeman in charge decides to speak to the press about the murders which Jack says is not a good idea. When an American couple on their honeymoon in Belize goes missing, the team goes to investigate. They learn that they may have been abducted. The body of husband is later found with his hands, feet, and heart missing. They also find two other bodies of men who were also on their honeymoon who along with their wives disappeared. When a couple who are on a cruise and when they stopover at Casablanca, they go there and then they disappear. Later a ransom demand is made and the team head there. They learn the couple is a retired couple making them wonder why would the kidnapper think they can pay the ransom. When a woman who is vacationing with her family in Mexico vanishes and is later found dead. The team goes to investigate because the police assume the husband did it. Jack tries to convince the investigator to let them investigate. Jack questions the father and while he doesn't think he killed his wife, he thinks the man is keeping something from them. The man bolts and goes to see someone so they follow him and they find him with a woman. He later explains who she is and that he thought she killed his wife but when they clear her. They're back to square one. And the man is thrown in prison. So they need to prove his innocence because he might not survive the prison. So Jack tells Clara to talk to the man's children evidently one of them saw someone in the room when their mother vanished. An \American girl goes to Turkey then disappears. the team goes to find her. they learn she went there to see the Turkish boy whom she grew close to when he was in the US till he was thrown out. the team goes to see the boy but he claims that he hasn't been in contact with her. They check her computer and learn that someone claiming to be the boy's friend told her to come if she wants to see him. so they wonder why did they lure her? When an American college student working in Johannesburg is killed and his brother goes missing, the International Response Team suspects a gang could be behind both. Jack works the case with Lieutenant Ananda Doshi, a profiler he's worked with before who has an unorthodox style of investigation. Written by CBS

When a Cuban American who is visiting Cuba turns up dead, the team is sent to find out what happened. The Cubans are not exactly welcoming them. The lead investigator thinks he caught the one who killed him because he has the victim's car. But Jack proves he didn't kill him, that he found the car and took it. Later another person is killed who has the American flag stuffed in his mouth. And when words found at the scene leads them to think that the killers are Americans. When an American tourist who is Spain for the running for the bulls disappears. Later his ears are found. The team goes there to investigate and they learn last year three other tourists disappeared and their ears were found and later their mutilated bodies were found. The team wonders if there is something political behind this. Jack learns the ears were turned in by a priest, Jack goes to see him and thinks he's holding something back because of his vow as a priest. They later learn that the victims were killed in the same manner a matador slays a bull. So they wonder what's his motivation. And also two more tourists are missing. While white US do-gooder couple Owen Wagner came to adopt in Haïti, where they made friends as relief workers, their biological youngest daughter is kidnapped from their hotel room. Jack's team and police general Brasier consult local witch doctor after hotel videos lead to a fake cleaner who abducted the girl to a slum and prepared a fake grave for a voodoo ritual supposedly enabling a dead spirit to possess a live sacrifice.
