Ramos comes up with a plan to get their new business up and running and reminisces about her past life while carrying out the plan. Caputo and Linda get distracted at the conference. Nichols is in max and gets her 3 year chip but isn't allowed to take back to the bunks since it's considered contraband. She also finds out that Stella isn't clean. On the advice of inmate King, Luschek visits Nichols in max to get some things off his chest, but gets an unexpected breakdown from Nichols. Crime stoppers take their job seriously separating any groups of 4 or more people which starts to cause problems. The white inmates are completely racially discriminating and during their meeting with Dixon, Pipers business gets exposed although they're taking about her competition Maria. Caputo wants to build morale in the prison by creating classes to help the inmates prepare for reintroduction to society.
