As her husband Kyle (Brian Hallisay) risks being sent to prison, Riley (Jennifer Love Hewitt) faces some daunting legal challenges and tries holding her family together with a risky plan to buy the Rub.

Evan keeps helping Riley's family and spoiling her, complete with a surprise date mini-golf picnic. His jailed brother Kyle refuses to earn a deal without trial by betraying his copper theft boss, even after the fence is arrested. Riley agrees to buy the Rub from Georgia, who turns bar manager to hide her 'colourful' past for her rich fiancé Harold Clemens. Kyle has his part of the cash delivered trough fellow-inmate Reynaldo to Riley, luckily just after their home is searched by the police. Riley tries to buy off his partner in crime Mick Vandermeyer, but he simply confiscates the money. The physical client list is buried while Riley, desperate for funds to bail out Kyle and pay Georgia in installments, auditions new masseuses, the most promising of which is student Nikki Shannon, who is in for kinky extras. Kyle is not amused having to tell Riley that the cash he gave her and she passed on to his fence was his entire share of the copper theft, there's nothing left as the 'victim' doubled the sum as insurance fraud. Evan still insists to help raise Kyle's bail, feeling his brother must be fairly beaten for her favor, but she refuses to accept his cash just because he can't tell her how he got bruised, which turns out -tipped off by Dale- to be at a rodeo, while he waits for his police academy application. Desperate to raise money herself, Riey interviewed male masseurs, but none satisfied, yet Derek Malloy, the therapist at Evan's rodeo, proves just the right cowboy for the job, looking for extra income and and an Afghanistan vet fit as spa security. Derek proves himself popular and a great help, even in Riley's efforts to 'bail out' her young newbie masseuse Nikki Shannon, who sold her striptease services to the county's hardcore nightclub owner Greg Carlyle, who only lets her off when a police detective turns up. Gentleman businessman and single father Dylan enjoys her company enough to pay for a dinner at the Rub, even offers $50,000 for a single night before he leaves to Hong Kong for half a year. Kyle's lawyer Graham Sandoval warns that after all his privileges were revoked for a jail fight, changes are he'll remain locked up for years, so she reconsiders Dylanes initially waved offer. He also accepts to stand it for Kyle at Katie's father-daughter-dance, even when daddy returns, paroled unexpectedly early, as she prefers the 'better dance'. Derek must handle the delicate case of a client who made a fortune divorcing and now offers him a Rolex for a real date. As a good brother, Even temporarily takes in Kyle, although friendship in no longer possible, as guilt and focus on marriage in Georgia's church -where her bar partner proposes- ultimately drive Riley to owe up her single adultery in counseling. After peeking in Evan's police computer, Riley takes crazy risks to immobilize ex-con suspect Sean Foster, Evan is just in time to prevent bodily harm, not a crash.
