He refuses on the spot when the national chairman offers him a Washington, D.C. job. Angela feels he should give the opportunity serious consideration. Tony allows Sam to spend a holiday with her grandpa Nick in Florida, but is informed by his girlfriend Same had to take the flight back as he died meanwhile. Initially Sam acts flippantly unconcerned about Nick, just regretting to have missed out on a beach blast. He insists to keep doing the household and resents the idea of help, until Angela accidentally makes him fall and break the other foot.
