The team finds the body was moved to the gym, actually from the sauna, where she has a fatal allergic reaction. Both staff, concerned for the hotel reputation, and her own room mate friend lied. Shameless yet rather popular cool high-school bully Barry Shickle is found shot in the boys' bathroom. Shy Dennis Fram, a favorite daily victim, was at his wits' end. The school authorities couldn't help, but his sassy sister expected her lover, the coach, to pull Barry in line. Destitute veteran Lt. William Moses Cartson's corpse is found dumped in a woodland. Cliff Renteria's former landlord shows his former apartment to new tenants, who call the police having seen it covered in blood. Cliff says it's from his nosebleeds, frequent due to hepatitis, as payback for the lousy janitorial service. His girlfriend is missing, but it isn't her blood. Jerry Walden's corpse is found up in a tree near Lake Meade, wearing diver's gear. The death of a woman named Mona whose body was dumped in a sand pit leads Grissom and Catherine to a fetish club run by Lady Heather. Since Mona was a dominant, Lady Heather was surprised that her employee was tortured and suffocated to death. A casino was brutally but clumsily robbed by at least four trigger-happy fiends, the men of which wore female wigs. Painstaking identification efforts lead to ex-con serial killer Tammy Felton and accomplices, but one by one is found murdered themselves. The solution comes only after links are found with the bizarre shooting of a desert hamlet's only store's clerk, discovered by state trooper William Spencer, who messed up the crime scene despite long experience. Conman Vincent Thomas Avery is fatally shot in a parking lot, probably by his gateway driver, after cheating Matt and Cindy Orton. He was also a cocaine mule for drug lord Keith Driscoll, who as also shot in the apartment he shared with Brass's estranged daughter Ellie, so Jim has to hand the case to detective Sam Vega. Widow Julia knew about his serial adultery and approved his organs to be donated and the rest of his body cremated, having been released as he died naturally of an aneurysm, but the doc may have overseen heavy metal poisoning. The detectives found the worse possible thing in their crime scene: another body. Although the two women appear totally dissimilar at first glance, they are actually sisters. One is very out-going while the other is a recluse, working from her house and buying everything online from catalogs. A staged suicide harks the return of a serial killer. Catherine and Gil Grissom, while at court, finds the the residing judge looks exactly like this killer. Grissom investigates the judge's past and finds a startling answer.

Wealthy Roy Logan acts suspiciously when withdrawing $1,000,000 cash and his blood on his hands, but must be released for lack of a crime. When Catherine rushes after him with his spectacles, she gets a phone-call and is shown a severed finger proving Logan's adulterous lover Amanda Freeman was kidnapped. Logan ignores her advice, almost greedily handing over the ransom without proof of life, and Amanda is found where indicated- murdered days before. Written by KGF Vissers

A body is found in the body farm. He died from what looks like a bullet wound, yet Dr. Robbins and Grissom can't find any bullet fragments. Instead, they found bits of ground beef inside the wound track. The team links this death to an arson case. The investigation takes a turn when the 12-year-old daughter of the deceased's fiancée has been a victim of sexual assault for some time. Back at the lab, Sara asks for a 6-month leave, citing that she doesn't feel at ease at work with her co-workers, especially with her boss, Grissom. Written by Ploy P.

At the amateur weekend Las Vegas ice hockey competition, the Rat Pack goalie, stock broker Terry Rivers, dies under a pile-up, with multiple wounds, some fresh from skates, but he also had a cardiac condition. Grissom studies Ananda's Vegas Buddhist monastery where all the other Thai monks where fatally shot in the forehead, the only other survivor being the just-fired cook. Forensics also show the presence of hostile restaurant owner Peter Hutchins Sr. and his son, Pete Jr.. Eventually, possible theft is considered. 24 people, including a recently released ex-con, aboard a tour bus heading for Vegas at night are injured, six even killed, when it suddenly gets out of control and is turned over after hitting medical resident Eric Kevlin's sports car. Only the bus driver survived, either may have caused the crash for a real reason. The bus was also mechanically in unsatisfactory condition, a broken bolt being crucial to the fatal breakdowns-chain, although the company owner had it revised recently, albeit at a cheaper garage. Young Jane Galloway is found murdered in her apartment, although there was no forced entry and there were multiple locks on the door. Her ex-boyfriend Adam Piorio looks good for this crime. Psychic Morris Pearson volunteers his 'clairvoyant' help, warning another victim is to follow. Nick is wounded and visited at home by the psychic, after he is released from hospital. Grissom, Brown and Willows investigate the death of an old woman who lived in a house full of cats. She had been dead for several days and was evidently stabbed. Two children living across the street say they saw the old woman's argue with her next door neighbor. A wall safe in her bedroom was also broken into. Stokes and Sidle meanwhile investigate when a car is blown up and the owner has no idea why anyone would try to kill her. The evidence, including fingerprints on a piece of the pipe bomb, all points to the woman's husband who works in the family demolition business. Written by garykmcd

Grissom and Sidle investigate the death of someone who was buried in a shallow grave in a park and covered in lye. The autopsy reveals that the victim was struck by a car in the last 72 hours and bled to death. There was no blood at the grave site, however. The accident is traced to a young lawyer who has just started as an associate with a major law firm. Stokes looks into the death of Stacy Warner who is found in the middle of the desert but is determined to have drowned. She was a an extreme sports enthusiast out on a challenging trek but she seemed ill-prepared for the route she took. Written by garykmcd

Las Vegas's retired police commissioner Duke Rittle was tortured to death after an 'exclusive' party. The ex-con who drove him is found murdered in the car's trunk, but not the last on Grissom's trail. Rittle's young daughter Sasha is missing and the suspect, a socialite chameleon, is seen on a private flight to Miami. Grissom sends Catherine there. Luckily Horatio takes brilliant charge, realizing it's the MO of a Florida serial killer of socialite couples, who spared the girl but eliminated all other witnesses and clearly isn't done yet, even sets a trap for the police. A well-groomed female corps is found in a homeless's cart in a back-alley, face grossly scarred. Grissom's astonished team identifies her as photographer Rod Darling's model Ashley James. The cart rather fits her crazy sister Cassie, a former model. Written by KGF Vissers
