One of the dead bad guys, who had a long criminal record, had become recruited into human trafficking on the payroll of Lazik, a Serbian; as soon as an LAPD detective briefs the team at the boathouse, she too dies in a car-bomb explosion; Kensi comments on the similarities between the two explosions. Hetty directs G to find Lazik; Deeks approaches Hetty and tells her that he wishes to continue his operation; Hetty helps; Deeks meets Lazik and speaks with him, but the conversation quickly goes downhill; however, the three musketeers arrive and change the odds. G and Sam tail the suspect, who rides a taxicab; the suspect rolls out, and the cabbie cuts out; Sam catches the man, and G loses the cabbie. The suspect, Jon, a British subject, provides some information through a deal; he's on his way to his next lethal action, in the LA area; G poses as Jon's backup; Sam, Kensi, and Deeks shadow G; then G and Sam learn the plan, and Kensi and Deeks check out the target, who speaks Chechen; Hetty gets outside help. A search party finds the body of one Marine; the lone survivor says that one of the missing is a pregnant lance corporal, and the dead one was the father; a snitch gives a tip to G and Sam, the latter of whom checks it out while playing it cool; Nate suggests an alternate possibility; while Kensi and Deeks take a bike ride, they find something but run into trouble; G and Sam get a lift and lend a hand, then they find evidence confirming Nate's idea. With the consent of the LAPD cop in charge, G goes inside the building and talks with Tracy, who concedes that her purpose is to get in touch with him; she says that she's undercover for someone in the private sector, that a white-supremacist group has chased her, and that she needs his help. Kensi and Deeks go elsewhere and find the body of an agent of the FBI. Tracy discloses more, G makes a plan, and, following it, they escape to the boathouse, where they meet Sam; Tracy reveals more, then the team make another plan and pursue it; eventually they grab the illicit arms dealer behind the whole thing, then they learn the rest of the story. While Hetty visits a man in an assisted-living place, G and Sam visit Renner's pad, which someone has tossed; Eric identifies a man, Lee, who appears in a number of photographs around Renner's house; G and Callen visit Lee's office and break up a meeting; Eric says that Lee's two visitors are German agricultural attachés (that is, spies); G and Sam question a retired operative, and Kensi and Deeks also search Renner's pad, where they meet two foreigners with alternate identities; Hetty visits the Hollywood Bowl, and the four musketeers rescue her. Nell alters a book, and the team prepares for a swap; the musketeers go to a stadium and take part in a series of events; Deeks rescues Kensi; G and Sam discover a double cross. Kensi and Deeks take Lance back to his bungalow, where Lance makes a confession; Eric and Nell find a connection and a number of details; while Kensi and Lance talk and walk, a stranger draws a piece and takes aim, so Kensi opens fire; Eric and Nell get a match on facial recognition; G and Sam pick up some scoop about Lance, and Kensi runs into trouble with Lance, who leaves; the four musketeers attend a meeting at the Santa Monica Pier, where they stop Lance and a bad guy. While Kensi and Deeks watch a mosque, they see a suspicious man, then follow him, as do G and Sam, who next make a gruesome discovery inside a hospital, and G does a gruesome task; Eric and Nell continue to produce; Deeks takes a swim; the team figure out the puzzle, and they catch two bad guys; more are missing, along with some nuclear material, but Hetty says that that's tomorrow's work. Eric gets a lead to a man in Santa Monica, who specializes in governmental exposes; G and Sam, checking his pad, find his body and the missing encrypted file; G bumps into an FBI agent, and Kensi and Deeks detain two more, while Sam hustles a chick. After a squabble the FBI honcho decides to collaborate with the NCIS; Sam learns the name of the Navy petty officer, Matt, involved with the file transfer; Kensi and Deeks visit Matt's pad, where they take part in a firefight while Matt flees. Sam talks with Matt, who gives him the keyword, then bad guys arrive, and another firefight ensues, but the Hoovers arrive too late. Sam goes undercover inside the pen; Kensi and Deeks check out pole dancing and suddenly see a deadline; snooping further, the dynamic duo find both a device and a plan. Hetty says that there's something more; Sam stirs the pot on the inside, and Nate plays a head game and then more; Sam, Moe, and another man escape, but Sam experiences a personal loss. Kensi and Deeks find a crime scene; with some effort G and Sam find the point woman, wounded, who gives answers, including a link to Camp Pendleton; G and Sam meet the bad guy and agree to do a job for him; Eric IDs him; while on that job G and Sam encounter a major problem, an 18-wheeler escapes, and they lose their bikes. Hetty receives word of an empty quiver, and Nell receives a video clip from the White House; G, Sam, Kensi, and Deeks visit a pottery factory, secure the empty quiver, and grab the bad guy and a chick physicist. The team set up G for an undercover meet; while talking with Kensi, Deeks suggests a dangerous idea; Kensi tells Eric that G's walking into a trap; Kensi dashes off to the trap, and Deeks suddenly figures out who's the real target; G and Sam tear back to the hospital, but they arrive late, for the party has already ended. Hetty and the rest of the team hope that Abdul will eventually lead them to Saadat, Abdul's brother, believed to be the leader of the Warriors of Islam. Sam finds a dead body, a fake passport, and a one-way ticket to Yemen, so he (with G as backup) goes back undercover and to Yemen, where G meets Nate, and Sam meets Abdul, who promptly moves Sam; G tails them. Along the way Sam passes a test, but another man does not; Sam takes charge of a 7-year-old boy, who is a hostage and a son of a Saudi prince. Meanwhile Kensi and Deeks find Saadat, Abdul's brother, in West Hollywood; Nell suggests that Abdul is the leader of the Warriors of Islam, who have issued a deadline for a hostage exchange. In a motel room G and Sam find a silenced pistol and the itinerary for a visit in LA by an anti-Chavez, and supposedly pro-USA, Venezuelan politician; Nell holds an interesting conversation with Chambers's boss, a four-stripe captain; Kensi talks with Chambers's ex-wife, Deeks plays on a trampoline, and they check out a car wash. The team believe that they face an attempt to assassinate the visitor. With the help of the ex-wife, the team try to run a scam on the unknown bad parties; Kensi looks for a biscuit, and the gang find Chambers; later G and Sam catch two bad guys, and Kensi and Deeks grab a swimmer in a pool, thereby thwarting the assassination. King calls Kensi's other self to do a job; she meets with him, and the redhead and two thugs arrive; Kensi and King take a dip, a bomb explodes, and the other three die; King and Kensi disappear, but Eric gets King's fried computer; Kensi gets King and herself into the same warehouse; he grabs a dragon, then G, Sam, and Deeks stop them; King grabs Kensi, but she decks him, and they seize him. Eric goes undercover as an FAA inspector; G, Sam, Kensi, and Deeks, taking a more direct approach, meet Drewett's business partner, Holt, and Drewett's daughter, Ariel, who suspects murder and gives a name; Holt stalls, argues, and resists; Eric does nicely in his assignment but runs into a big problem. Later everyone in the field watches a big bang; the team find Holt's body, then they go to a flea market in Saugus, between Palmdale and Los Angeles, where they not only watch a transaction but also grab and detain all the participants in it. Kensi and Deeks chase around with Ray; a firefight breaks out, and Kensi takes out one shooter, but Ray disappears again; G and Sam seek entertainment and find some, then the gang take Ray's estranged wife to the boathouse, where she talks, where she and Deeks reminisce and catch up with each other, and where Deeks eventually makes a confession; G and Sam make Ray a special deal involving his pregnant honey. To trap a suspect, Sam poses as bait; a chase and an explosion ensue; an errand boy says that the head man has a dirty bomb, and that he intends to use it; later the gang visit a rally to honor military veterans; Deeks takes a bomb-sniffing dog, who sniffs a bomb; the team grab the head man. Hetty, having turned up in Prague in the Czech Republic, goes to a home, finds two menacing local thugs, proffers a message, and blows them away. Meanwhile Lauren, Hetty's successor, does not get a warm welcome. G and Sam check out one of Hetty's pads, where they find armed intruders, three of whom G and Sam dispatch, and one of whom soon has a wreck. Director Vance visits the gang and chats them up, then he and Lauren walk out. Hetty meets three more locals. Eric finds a lead, which G and Sam pursue; G attends a meeting with backup; complications arise, but the team overcomes. Vance eventually tells G that the current op, Operation Comescu, concerns G himself, and that the Comescu family want G dead. G asks to go to Prague, but Vance refuses, so G lays down his badge and leaves, as do Sam and Kensi; G, Sam, Kensi, and Deeks all go to Prague and onward to a beach house in Romania.
