Gibbs has been rejecting every agent sent to replace Tony, so Quinn, the agent who trained them shows up and asks Gibbs what he's looking for, Gibbs tells her to stay and observe his team so that she could get an idea. They then get a call about a Commander's car blowing up. The Commander was killed, his wife was injured. Abby checks the car and says the car was tampered with. The wife is a JAG lawyer so they try to find out if anyone she prosecuted went after her. They talk to JAG and learn she took some time off for personal reasons, which contradicts what the daughter said that she was working on a case. They learn she went to Argentina. They learn she went to look for her brother who's an NCIS agent who's been undercover. They learn the agent stopped making contact for nearly a year and there was a rumor he's dead. But the sister hired an investigator who found him, which is why she went. Now they're concerned did he go rogue or turned. When he shows up, someone tries to take him ... Quinn and Torres' first day with the team has them investigating a death at a Quantico reunion. They learn the victim was in the middle of a spat with someone when he just dropped dead. They learn the victim was a bully when he was in school. They also find a bomb and they suspect the one who died brought it. Abby informs them that the guy was poisoned 20 minutes before he died so they rule everyone at the reunion. They go to his place and find a lot of stuff, they learn they were all stolen. A marine jumps off the building she lives in. The team goes to investigate and it appears to be a suicide. The marine is brought to the hospital and while there Gibbs runs into Dr. Confalone, who says the marine was her patient. She tells Gibbs that she didn't try to commit suicide and thinks someone tried to kill her. But won't tell Gibbs anything else because of confidentiality. They check and find a few anomalies but not enough to justify it being murder. When the marine dies, Confalone finally tells Gibbs that she was trying to figure what to do about a murder which was covered up by someone she knows but she never revealed who it is. MI6 Clayton Reeves calls NCIS and tells them that he is in Philadelphia looking for a missing MI6 agent and while looking for him, he found a dead sailor. He thinks the dead sailor might be connected to the missing agent. So Gibbs sends Bishop and Quinn to help him. Quinn tells Gibbs he shouldn't send because of what happened to her the last time she was there. But Gibbs tells her to go. Reeves tells them the missing agent was looking for a missing weapon so Torres and McGee try to locate an arms dealer to find out what he knows about it. But he's unwilling to say. Gibbs gets a call about a Petty Officer who's been missing. It seems like her fingerprints were found at the scene of a murder. They deduce the victim abducted her and she fought back killing him and then ran away. They find her at the airport. She says her husband told her to meet her there because they were in danger but he didn't show up. They wonder why was she abducted and did her husband have anything to do with it. So they try to find him. They go to where he works and learn that they were at the brink of divorcing a few years ago when she had an affair. So they wonder did her husband decide to get back at her or did her lover. When a sailor is killed in liquor store robbery, the team investigates. They learn from witnesses that a man was standing over him. They learn he works at the store that was robbed. He disappeared after. They wonder if he had anything to do with it, because they found the gun used locked in the office. The man is eventually found and held by the police, Gibbs sends Bishop and Torres to get him. When they get there they ask him what happened, he says someone wearing a mask came in and tried to rob the store and the sailor tried to stop him. They then try to find the shooter with clues they have, like the type of car he used and shoes he wore. Later someone from Immigration shows up and tells Gibbs the man he was looking for is suppose to deported, which is why he ran. Gibbs tells Bishop and Torres to take their time, especially since the man wants to see his mother so they take him to her. When a Naval Chaplain dies in a car accident, the team goes and was about to rule it an accident when Ducky tells them, he died hours before the accident. So they try to find out what he did before he died. They discover he had files on detainees at Guantanamo. They try to find out why he had them. They learn he was trying to prove that one of the detainees was wrongfully detained for 11 years. So was someone not happy that he was doing that. And Bishop's brothers pay her a visit and learn she's seeing someone and she refuses to tell them who. So they go her place of work and talk to everyone she knows. Written by rcs0411@yahoo.com

The team investigates the death of a Navy Captain who's under investigation for selling secrets. They go through his things and find an address which turns out to be the house where Ducky and his mother lived before she died. They learn the man went there and was looking for Ducky's mother. Further investigation unearths a name, which Ducky says is the name of the man his mother nearly married 40 years ago. Ducky says when he met the man, he got a bad vibe off him and had him checked out and learned he was not a gentleman. They later learn the Captain hired a private investigator to find the man. They wonder what the Captain wants with the man. But Ducky wonders could it be him because he would be well over a 100 by now if he's still alive. When Gibbs doesn't come in to work, they all wonder why. They go to where he goes before coming in, the coffee shop where he gets his coffee. They find his truck and no sign of him. They track his phone and find it in a mailbox along with his wallet and credentials. They check video surveillance and they see him approach a man who was in the coffee shop and goes with him. They check the man out and learn he was the subject of an undercover assignment Gibbs had 15 years ago. It seems the man was part of a militia group who stole some nuclear rods which have never been recovered. So they assume he's trying to find them. The guy says his brother has the rods and contacting him is not an easy task. Vance brings in a retired agent who worked with Gibbs and someone from the Department of Energy. When the brother calls he tells the brother Gibbs is a fed so he pulls a gun on him. When a Naval Captain is killed in what appears to be a hit and run, the team goes to investigate. While there Palmer sees something and leaves. When they process the crime scene, they're about to leave when they see someone on the ledge of a building/ They go there and find Palmer there and he's on the ledge with the person. They learn he's the son of the Captain, he blames himself for what happened to his father. It seems like they were in the car and having a heated discussion. His father would pull over to go to an ATM to get cash, when a car ran into him. He refuses to enter and threatens to take Palmer with him. So Gibbs and the others try to find out what happened to his father. Was it an accident or did someone set out to kill his father? When a Petty Officer is killed, the team investigates, they discover that the Sheriff who called them in, is one of the Sherlocks, the amateur sleuths whom they meet a few years ago. The Sheriff insists that this is his case and he will let them tag along. Gibbs agrees. They talk to her husband who claims he was away when she was killed. Gibbs goes to speak to the Petty Officer's shipmates and finds the Sherlocks there and they have a new member, someone they know.
